Rillieux Pralines derives it's name from Norbert Rillieux, the father of the sugar industry. A decedent of Norbert Rillieux, Danny Turner II, owner and operator, added his special touch to make his pralines delectable. Along with his grandmother, Danny perfected this savory treat in 1997.
Since 1997, Rillieux Pralines has served New Orleans and its surrounding areas. With the passion to touch everyones taste buds, Rilliuex Pralines is all about the culture; you taste every sweet nutty New Orleans moment in every bite.
